For standard shipping, orders will be delivered by the national postal service of the destination country. For shipping outside the United States, you might be required to sign for the package to receive the item. Please choose an address where someone is available to receive the package during business hours.

(Excluding India, Mexico, Dominica, Reunion, Iraq, Mozambique, French Guiana, French Polynesia, Panama, Maldives, Ecuador, Guadeloupe, Martinique, Palau, Turks and Caicos Islands, Seychelles, Mauritius, Trinidad and Tobago, Zambia, and Cote d'Ivoire. HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING NORMALLY TAKE?

2. PRE-ORDER

Delivery Time = Test Time + Stocking Time + Shipping Time

• Test Time (product sale test online): 3–5 Days

The above delivery times are estimated by the postal service and do not include customs processing time in the destination country. In some cases, the local customs office may require additional documents or processing time, which can cause further delays.

HOW CAN I GET MY TRACKING CODE?

Every customer will automatically receive a tracking (track & trace) code once the order is ready for shipping.
The tracking code will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

In some cases, carrier tracking information may only become available 1–2 business days after shipment.

WILL MY PACKAGE BE DELIVERED TO MY HOUSE OR POST OFFICE?

Your order will usually be delivered directly to your house.
In rare cases, door-to-door delivery may not be available in certain cities, areas, or countries.

Please allow extra processing time during public holidays and peak seasons. Customs and postal services may also require additional time during busy periods or before major festivals (such as Valentine’s Day).
