RETURNING & REPLACEMENT & REFUND

At elviree, customer satisfaction is always our top priority.

Our dedicated QC and QA teams will inspect your items prior to shipping. Our product quality is guaranteed. However, you do need to carefully and accurately check your size before buying. Please kindly reference the size chart(s) on the product page.

At elviree, returning is as easy as 1-2-3! You have nothing to lose! We will refund you if you are not 100% satisfied. We gladly accept returns within 14 days of delivery. The items must be returned unworn, undamaged, unwashed and with all the original labels attached in original packaging. Please note that the shipping fee must be covered by the customer.

If the return is caused by the consumer, the consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.

If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.


RETURN PROCESS

1. EMAIL US

Contact Us (Email: service@elviree.com) and describe which item(s) you would like to return and the reason for your return. Attach photograph(s) for quality problems.

2. TAKE SUGGESTIONS

Professional suggestions will be offered. Our service team will provide you with detailed instructions.

3. RETURNS THE GOODS

Put the item(s) in the original packaging and send it through your local post office.

4. REFUND OR EXCHANGED

Once we receive your package, we will immediately process the refund or exchange based on our return conditions.

Refunds will be processed within 7 business days upon receiving your return at the warehouse. If it has been longer than two weeks, please contact us at service@elviree.com.


PLS PAY ATTENTION:

  1. We do not accept returned items that were sent back directly without notifying us first via email (support@elviree.com).

  2. Any addresses on the parcel are not the return address. You must contact our customer service team to obtain the correct return address.

  3. Orders returned without an authorized return address from customer service staff will not be refunded.

  4. Clearance products do not support return and exchange (for example, a page or collection named “Clearance” or a product with “Clearance” in the title).


ITEMS THAT CAN BE RETURNED / REFUNDED / EXCHANGED WITHIN 14 DAYS

Returned items must meet one of the following criteria:

  1. Faulty items that are damaged, broken, or soiled upon arrival.

  2. Items received in the incorrect size or color.

  3. Unwashed, unworn, and unused item(s) that do not meet your expectations within 14 days of receiving.

Please contact our Support Center (Email: service@elviree.com) as soon as possible if any of the above situations occur.

If for any reason you decide you no longer want the item, you may report it within 14 days of receiving it for a partial refund of the item cost.


NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

We will not accept returns in the following conditions:

  1. Items outside the 14-day warranty period.

  2. Washed, worn, used, or misused items.

  3. Items under the following categories: Sale, Swimwear, Lingerie.

  4. Clearance sale items.


RETURN CONDITIONS

  1. Please contact us within 14 days starting from the day you receive your order.

  2. The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: underwear, pajamas, swimwear, and accessories.

  3. Returned items must be unused and in original packaging. We do not accept items that are worn, damaged, washed, or altered.

  4. We do not accept returned items sent back without prior authorization from our return staff.

  5. Once the returned merchandise is received, your refund will be issued to the original form of payment. elviree is not responsible for customs duties, VAT, or return shipping costs.

  6. We do not offer Freight To Collect (FTC) service. Return shipping costs are non-refundable.

  7. Please double-check your return before shipping. We are not responsible for the return of lost products.


RETURN SHIPPING COSTS & ADDRESS

  1. Please contact our after-sales customer service to obtain the correct return address.

  2. All return or exchange shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.

  3. Please confirm the actual return shipping cost with your local post office. We recommend using the cheapest registered airmail service available.


ORDER CANCELLATION

We offer a full refund if the order is canceled within 24 hours of purchase. Please submit a request via Contact Us.

For orders canceled after 24 hours but not yet shipped, a partial refund will be issued after deducting a 15% cancellation fee.

Orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled.


ABOUT DELIVERY

  • All delivery times are estimated. elviree is not responsible for delays caused by weather, courier issues, customer errors, holidays, or other unforeseen factors.

  • Once a package has been packed or shipped, the shipping address cannot be changed. We are not liable for packages lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

  • Orders marked as “delivered” by the shipping company are considered delivered. elviree is not liable for lost packages in this case.

elviree strongly recommends purchasing shipping insurance at checkout.
Orders without shipping insurance are not covered for delivery issues.


ABOUT TAX

Import taxes vary by country and depend on local regulations. elviree is not responsible for any import taxes or duties. Payment of such fees is the customer’s responsibility.


ADDITIONAL NOTES

Currently, elviree has not authorized any third party for business purposes. Purchases made through third-party platforms are not covered under our warranty.
